The job requires you to organise appointments, maintain records and perform other tasks in order to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the practice and provide an exceptional standard of care to our patients.
Experience preferred but full training can be provided for the right candidate You will be supported within your role.
Criteria requirements: Basic knowledge of MS work and Excel
Minimum of one years experience in medical receptionist (preferable but not required)
CPR Training and/ or experience (preferable but not required)
Experience with specific social groups such as adolescents, aged care, migrant or refuge groups, Aboriginals & Torres Strait islanders etc.
Training and/ or experience in management of emergencies, handling complaints, Medicare... basic infection control.
Job Types: Part-time, casual/ full time, both available
Schedule: 9am -5pm
Monday to Friday
Experience: Reception: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Eligibility: Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Preferred)
COVID-19 Precaution(s): Sanitising, disinfecting or cleaning procedures in place and daily temperature checks
