We are looking for a Senior Reward Manager that will review, recommend and implement OFX's remuneration strategies and programs globally. This position is an excellent opportunity to partner with the Chief People & Culture officer and be part of the global P&C leadership team. OFX has a flat structure, so you would be comfortable with pivoting between being strategic and hands-on.

What you'll be doing:
• Review, recommend, design and implement global remuneration strategies and... programs for base / total fixed remuneration, short and long-term incentive plans and other incentive plans to align with and support OFX's business strategy, culture and risk and governance frameworks;
• Partner with the Chief People and Culture Officer to support OFX's People, Culture and Remuneration Committee including preparation of materials and analysis for Committee meetings and as otherwise required;
• Lead the annual performance and remuneration calendar of activities and ensure it is executed in an efficient and timely manner that delivers value for the business (this includes but is not limited to performance reviews, annual remuneration review, STI and LTI programs, remuneration benchmarking, gender pay gap analyses). This also includes associated administration activities and stakeholder communication and education;
• Ensure OFX's approach to performance management is fit for purpose, enables regular meaningful feedback between leaders and team members and provides for assessment of both what is delivered (outcomes) and how it is delivered (behaviour against values);
• Deliver required internal and external remuneration reporting including finance and other internal reports, statutory reporting (including drafting of the annual remuneration report) and any tax-related reporting;
• Provide required analysis and information requests including remuneration benchmarking, market data / insights, pay competitiveness analysis and regular review of effectiveness of reward programs;
• Manage sales incentive plans globally and lead the quarterly Sales Incentive Governance committee;
• Proactively manage third-party and external relationships as they relate to market data providers, share plan administration, superannuation and other pension plan providers, other employee benefit providers;
• Regularly review remuneration policies, plans, offer documentation, communication materials and operating routines to ensure they are applied consistently and are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions;
• Manage the Company's share plan administration platform to ensure all equity grants are appropriately managed including uploading of required data, offer documentation, plan rules etc and conduct checks to ensure data integrity within the platform;
• Regularly review OFX's benefits offering. Work with each regional P&C leader to establish consistency where possible and localise where necessary;
• Identify best practice trends and innovations within the market and provide recommendations to design of remuneration programs within the OFX remuneration framework;
• Manage related P&C projects and initiatives as directed by the Chief People and Culture Officer
• Liaise with professional associations and industry groups and peers to keep abreast of remuneration and benefits issues and trends.

What you'll bring:

Qualifications
• Tertiary qualifications in business, finance and/or Human Resources management

Knowledge, skills, experience
• Extensive experience in remuneration and reward including the design and management of incentive plans, equity programs and sales-based commission plans;
• Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels within an organisation;
• Thorough working knowledge of ASX-listed company remuneration rules and regulations;
• Understanding of accounting principles as they relate to remuneration and variable incentive plans;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Well-developed influencing and consulting skills and demonstrated evidence of influencing effectively at senior levels;
• Ability to apply knowledge and manage issues to reach positive outcomes and resolutions on complex matters;
• Advanced analytical skills and high attention to detail;
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals
• Demonstrate a collaborative style and have worked across a diverse range of business units and employee groups;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
