This lovely and vibrant 59 place service is looking for an Assistant Director to help lead a team of dedicated educators on a full time basis. The centre takes a play-based approach to childrens learning and caters their programming to the individual needs of each age group. The service provides fantastic training and development opportunities to ensure their team of educators are given adequate support and are presented with opportunities for career progression. The centre is a short 3 minute walk from the nearest bus stop and is open from 7:00am to 6:00pm.
Work with and alongside the Centre Director to manage the daily responsibilities of running and maintaining a busy childcare service Motivate and lead a team of educators to achieve high-quality care... for all children within the service Adhere to NQS as well as company policies and procedures to achieve a rating or meeting or exceeding in A&R Develop and maintain relationships with families and members of the community to maintain/increase the centres occupancy

To be successful in this position you must have:
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education OR ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification A current Working with Childrens Check Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain Understanding and knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
