A rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced aged care professional to oversee the clinical care & operations at an Aged Care Facility belonging to one of the largest and respected residential aged care providers in Australia.
This 70 bed facility, located in Melbourne, is 30 km south-east from Melbournes centre, and is recruiting a full time, experienced aged care management professional for the role of Facility Manager. You will be supported by an experienced team locally including one Clinical Care Coordinator and extra support from a Melbourne based support office.

The Purpose Of Your Role Is To Ensure The home, staff and associated services provide optimal aged care and quality services to residents and maintain a high level of satisfaction. Compliance throughout the home with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative/statutory requirements and regulations. To ensure operational efficiency of the home through the utilisation of resources in a viable and sustainable manner including maximising income and occupancy with quality outcomes achieved.
What Is Expected From You Recognised tertiary qualification in Health and Nursing Administration/Management or equivalent Recognised diplomas or certificates relating to the aged care sector A minimum of 3 years experience in a senior management role within the aged care sector with a successful and proven track record Quality Assurance Certificate or equivalent experience Keen to join this extraordinary team?
