We... have an exciting opportunity for a Project/Contact Manager to join the Maintenance and Delivery Project Services South team. As a Project Contract Manager you will be responsible for project development and delivery, management and implementation of road infrastructure and maintenance projects in order to achieve Transport for NSW and Government road safety, asset management and network efficiency objectives. Some of the projects will include Hume and Riverina Highway upgrades and other road rehabilitation, maintenance and safety upgrades in regional NSW.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager (Project Services South) you will be primarily responsible for the development and delivery of road maintenance and construction projects. This may include arranging environmental assessments, detailed survey and geotechnical investigations, arrange and facilitating safety and design workshops and ensuring engagement of stakeholder groups including rural communities. You will also support the Senior Project Manager on the development and delivery of other upcoming projects across in the region. You will be entrusted with managing project and delivery processes including the delivery of direct labour crews to ensure bridge maintenance and construction projects are developed and delivered to agreed time, cost, quality and scope requirements.
You have a four year Civil (or related) Engineering Degree and knowledge of the technical aspects of materials, equipment and techniques used in road or traffic infrastructure.
You bring extensive experience in the development and delivery of road construction and maintenance with the ability to influence stakeholders and internal departments, bringing exceptional communication and time management skills. In addition, you are committed to delivering high-quality customer-focused services, demonstrating responsiveness to customer requests. Travel will be required at times, it is essential that you hold a current and valid Australian motor vehicle drivers license and are willing to work outside normal working hours on occasion.

Salary And Benefits
The salary for this position is RMS Engineer Level 3 ($128,012 $139,896) per annum plus superannuation.
