We are seeking learning professionals to join our Learning and Development team.
As a Learning and Development Manager , in our ATO People business area, youll work with clients and professional stream leaders to understand and set a strategic approach to resolve their capability needs.
You will manage people, projects or programs aimed at designing, developing and delivering learning experiences.
Youll provide expert advice to learners, administering schedules, client data, and managing our learning platforms.
Your work will include the procurement and management of contracts to source learning products from external providers.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Chermside, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Sydney CBD or Upper Mount Gravatt .
