Clinical Placement Coordinator Melbourne VIC The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Clinical Placements Coordinator to support in arming our students with industry knowledge and experience by coordinating high quality learning outcomes through clinical placements.

Reporting to the National Industry Head of Clinical Placements you will join a team of passionate staff who are playing their part in making sure that we are Here for Good.
Experienced and self-motivated, you will work with leading healthcare facilities to develop and maintain relationships and to coordinate placements for our Diploma and Bachelor of Nursing students.
On a typical day in this role you will be: Planning, coordinating and allocating students to appropriate clinical facilities Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clinical facilities in... public and private sectors across aged care, primary care, acute, subacute and mental health clinical placement requirements for the Diploma and Bachelor of Nursing Evaluating and monitoring student clinical progress throughout their course and studies Ensuring students are aware of clinical placement professional requirements Managing assessment of student clinical competence Providing sufficient constructive feedback to students to promote development and positive outcomes Ensuring all deliveries are fully compliant with the Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations 2012, AQTF 2010 or subsequent regulatory framework
This is a Permanent Full Time role based in Melbourne
Who are you?

To be successful in the Clinical Placement Coordinator,Vic position you will have: A Bachelor of Nursing with a minimum 5 years relevant experience Demonstrated experience in the VET/HE sector Current Registered Nurse with NMBA Intermediate level Microsoft office suite specifically Excel and Outlook Ability to work competently and harmoniously with colleagues and students of all cultures and background Advanced organisations skills and attention to detail Excellent problem solving ability with high level interpersonal skills Working with Children Check (WWCC)
