The Health Services Policy unit is responsible for policy stewardship and reform development for public health services in Victoria. In this role you will have responsibility for supporting and leading reform of policy and strategy across the Victorian health system. You will be required to operate in a dynamic environment with a high level of initiative, exercising thought leadership and reform vision. Strong conceptual thinking, creativity and system knowledge are critical aspects of the role, as is a commitment to positive and collaborative workplace cultures
Are you A systems thinker who has broad knowledge and experience in health policy or operations, who works laterally to identify reform opportunities and design effective policy solutions? A team player able to collaborate effectively, and support development of team capability and culture? An excellent communicator able to articulate a compelling vision, build partnerships, and deliver results?
