The Design Lead - Brand and Marketing is primarily accountable for the public image and perception of the Versent brand(s). This role is accountable for ensuring that the products and services produced by Marketing are aligned to the Company images and communications. The Design Lead - Brand and Marketing leads the branding campaigns, sponsorship procurement, advertising campaigns and is responsible for shaping the Companys outward image.
This role analyses brand positioning and customer insights, shaping and communicating... the Company vision and mission, translating brand elements into plans and go to market strategies and leading the creative development to motivate the target audience to take action.
Your Day To Day Will Look Like Work with the General Manager - Group Marketing and the Marketing team to develop and maintain brand guidelines. Provide creative guidance and direction for all content produced (i.e. reference and direction for look & feel, tone, colour, lighting, typography, image style, etc.) across a range of mediums including video, digital and print Oversee the execution of all creative development processes/projects including digital, design, photography, filming and editing Ensure compliance and quality control of creative material to all Brand elements including corporate and visual identity and brand value proposition Lead: Establish the Stax brand identity, documenting and educating for consistent use across all touchpoints including co-branding with partners Strategise: Conceptualize and design solutions from beginning to completion, ensuring finished work delivers the intended messages and aligns with the overall marketing strategy Create: Deliver design projects including digital marketing (web and landing pages, paid advertising, social, eDMs) and graphic design (presentations, brochures, event collateral), multimedia videos and more Collaborate: Manage the end to end project design, liaising with stakeholders to confirm project scope, goals, timing, and budget and deliver to brief Support: Document experience and outcomes, creating and maintaining an evergreen library of collateral, assets, and templates
To Be Successful In This Role Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and engage, influence and communicate recommendations to executives Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically (and present them) Ability to effectively communicate and present ideas and strategies Proficiency in managing multiple efforts simultaneously Excellent understanding of marketing Strong analytical and data driven thinking and skills partnered with a creative mind Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices Tertiary degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline Minimum 5 years marketing experience Working knowledge of Adobe Design Suite, Campaign Monitor and Word Press
