The Role: Our Government client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and contribute to alignment of the initiative to meet the department's strategic and operational requirements. It is a part time opportunity.
Your responsibilities will include: • Assess the change impact • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders • Conduct Change Impact Analysis, Change Approach/Strategy, Stakeholder Analysis, Communications plan, Training Needs Analysis and Business Readiness • Develop a change plan for delivering change management initiatives • Analyse information relating to the change management process and assist, where necessary in the execution of those changes You will need: • More than 5 years' experience as a Change Manager • Experience with developing communications plans • Experience establishing comprehensive... change plan and seeing through the implementation • Prior Government Experience would be beneficial It is a part time opportunity. 2 -3 days per week.
