Bringing with you your Customer Service experience youll take ownership of managing an established customer base of commercial clients, handling phone/email enquiries, orders, and returns. Other responsibilities include: Supporting customers and internal specialist divisions... in providing assistance with Quotations, Pricing and Availability, Orders, Returns, Services, Logistics. Investigating queries and determine resources needed to respond. Liaising with internal departments to assist customer enquiries.
