Digital Technology Teacher Melbourne VIC Role Description/Criteria
St Thomas Parish Primary School is located on the Bellarine Peninsula in Drysdale and caters for children from the Parishes of Drysdale, Leopold, Portarlington and St Leonards.

We are currently seeking a DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY TEACHER / COORDINATOR 0.8 FTE
The successful applicant will have:
an understanding of the 21st century learner with strong knowledge of contemporary approaches to teaching and learning
a knowledge of the Technologies Domain of the Victorian Curriculum and a commitment to high quality learning and teaching in: Digital Technologies Critical and Creative Thinking Capability the development of ICT skills across the stages of schooling
the ability to coordinate the use of technology within the school by: supporting... staff members with their use of technology. working with the Contracted Technician to maintain digital devices across the school. developing the direction and purchase of digital devices within the school using school administration software to support teaching staff, including the set up and distribution of student reports.
It is anticipated that the successful applicant will be available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in 2021.
This position may be combined with other roles to make up a fulltime position.
Special Requirements
The successful applicant should have:
VIT Registration
Accreditation to teach in a Catholic school.
