We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Montessori Qualified Educational Leader to support the Campus Manager to lead and inspire the team with Montessori knowledge and experience. Our first campus in central Preston (Melbourne) has opened its door in June 2018 and we are expanding to Mount Waverley/ Springvale/ Chadstone/ Heidelberg/ Reservoir/ Doncaster/ Foresthill.

Job Description
Collaborating with lead educators and providing curriculum direction and guidance
Supporting educators to effectively implement the cycle of planning to enhance programs and practices
Leading the development and implementation of an... effective educational program in the service
Ensuring that childrens learning and development are guided by the learning outcomes of the approved learning frameworks.
Guiding and developing educators and families understandings about play and leisure-based learning, and the significance of the early years in the education continuum for children
Building a culture of professional inquiry with educators, coordinators and staff members to develop professional knowledge, reflect on practice and generate new ideas.
Skills and experience
Successful applicants should:
be competent in the use of technology.
holds a minimum of Diploma in Montessori Education and Early Childhood Education and Care.
have a minimum experience of 3 years in the child-care industry (Montessori setting preferably).
have teaching or mentoring experience in a Montessori classroom.
have a great attention to details in implementing the Montessori way of teaching.
have a great understanding in embedding The Early Years Learning Framework, Montessori Curriculum and The National Quality Framework.
have the passion and dedication to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the campus for children, families and team of educators.
have strong written and clearly spoken communication skills and have the ability to communicate positively with different type of people and culture
