How will I help?
To ensure our customers are able to connect... with us over the phone, our Generalist Service Banker team are available between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. Working in an inbound call centre, your job is to respond to inbound calls and provide outstanding service to our business banking customers over the phone, each and every call. On any day, you can be helping businesses with their general questions, account resets, technical enquiries, merchant service facilities as well as identifying business needs to help our customers provide even greater service.

What do I need?
Our top performers often come from retail, hospitality, fast food, telco & travel, but the most important ingredient for success is passion for helping customers and a willingness to develop and learn. More specifically, we are looking for; At least 12 months customer service experience (any industry) A genuine interest in banking or financial services Ability to learn and work with multiple computer systems Able to commute to our Concord West office for both training and the role
If you are successful for the role, we will be investing a wealth of time and resources in your learning, so we also request the following commitments from our candidates: Able to complete 9 weeks full time training, starting 28th of June 38 hours a week (full time)on a rotating roster between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.
Other factors that will increase your chances of success (but not mandatory) includes working towards or completed a relevant degree (Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics etc) or experience operating your own small busines or working in a family owned business.
