You will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment handling customer queries either on the phone or face to face. We would also expect you to have proven history delivering high standards of customer service in line with agreed service levels. Youll be adaptable and have a flexible approach to new tasks as required.
You will have ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy. Furthermore, youll be able to analyse each case holistically to provide sustainable customer solutions. How will I help?
Westpac Groups purpose is Helping Australians Succeed its what we do, who we are and why we come to work every day. As a Customer Assist Consultant, youll be a key member of the Group Collections Team and your role will be essential in helping deliver the Westpacs vision and strategic priorities.
In your new role, youll support our customers find a solution to bring their home loan, credit card, personal loan, or transaction account in to order in a timely manner. Youll use a variety of methods and strategies such as negotiation, questioning skills and/or referring customers to seek independent financial advice where appropriate.
You will be an advocate for continuous improvement and will work to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations while contributing to the achievement of the Collections team Vison and objectives. This is a phone-based contact centre role that operates Monday to Friday 7am-7:30pm and Saturday 8:30-6pm.
