About the role: Assessment and certification of documentation for building projects; Assessment and inspection report writing; Manage and deliver a broad range of services to our clients;. Ensure compliance with the relevant building legislation; Undertake existing building audits for compliance, essential services , fire safety and due diligence. Skills & Experience required: Exceptional customer service, proven ability to be the face of the organisation to our clients Currently accredited as a Registered Building Surveyor A1 (they will also look at candidates working towards A1 Accreditation), or hold the necessary qualification to achieve this, or studying an approved course for accreditation. Possess a high level of knowledge and understanding of the National Construction... Code and the relevant Planning Legislation; Ability to effectively negotiate and resolve disputes; Strong ability to provide detailed reporting; Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills;
