We are seeking a Senior Online Banking Specialist to join our IT Services Department. Reporting to the Online Banking and IT Security Manager you will be responsible for providing specialist online banking systems knowledge to the business, through business analysis, working as a project technical resource and solution consultation. This role will work as a lead project resource on innovative initiatives and projects that deliver efficiencies, cost savings and productivity improvements to the business through technology implementations.
Description:
Your duties will include, but are not... limited to:
Lead online banking development initiatives through business requirements, functional specification, system design, user acceptance testing, change management and implementation
Manage online banking systems and front-end system upgrades and major system changes, through the system administration changes, configuration and testing.
Provide 2nd/3rd level support relating to Online Banking platforms.
Lead and direct a small team of 1st line support resources.
Lead the analysis of Online Banking developments which will benefit the business and customers.
Implement Technology projects in accordance with IT strategy and direction
Lead fraud prevention efforts through a Digital Identity Platform (ThreatMetrix) integrated into online banking systems (Internet Banking, Mobile App and customer onboarding. )
Provide technical expertise for the National Payments Platform
Manage branch network digital signage software and vendor management
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of online banking services, processes, security, policies and industry developments.
Skills and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you will have most of the following skills and experience:
Relevant tertiary qualification or 3 years experience in Web Application Support, Testing & Analysis.
Experience in writing business requirements & technical documentation review
Experience in Project Management Methodologies (Prince2, Agile)
Experience in Change Management processes and documentation within the software development and delivery cycle.
Experience in a technical lead role
Experience in related roles with a knowledge of banking systems and/ or online banking applications.
A broad understanding of technology and information security trends.
Business analysis capabilities with a focus on business requirements analysis & structured implementation.
Understanding of website and online banking environments, management, security & development cycles.
A strong customer focus.
Proven experience in a service delivery environment providing 2nd level support.
Ability to work closely with third parties to achieve results.
