This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high performing Anytime Fitness in a growth area of Melbourne.
A Membership and Customer Service team member is required to work with the Club Manager for 12 – 20 hours per week, to build the membership base and keep existing members happy and healthy.

As a Membership and Customer Service team member, your key focuses will be:
• Contacting potential and existing members by phone
• Following a high volume call plan for new prospects and retention
• Membership sales
• Providing the highest level of service to our existing members
• Working with our amazing personal trainers
• Ensuring the club is clean and safe

Call center, sales, promo or some previous gym experience are desirable and further training will be provided on the job.
The following qualifications are required:
• Senior First Aid or equivalent
• CPR Certificate
• Working with children card/certification
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Expected Start Date: 30/11/2020

Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
