More than a job, this is an adventure! Bring your customer service experience and technical skills to one of the most exciting powersports brands in the world. Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Service, APAC region the Technical Service Representative is the key contact between the Dealers, Distributors and Technical Hubs. The Technical Service Representative is responsible for supporting the Dealer and Distributor after Sales teams with communications and support with your main focus being our Sea-Doo and Can-Am products . Provide technical solutions to Dealer Technicians, Service Writers, Service managers and BRP staff Resolve complex technical issues, warranty and parts technical questions and provide customer assistance support Negotiate resolutions primarily with dealers, approve warranty repairs and other requests by dealers Deliver theoretical and practical training to dealership technicians Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnosis at Dealers as required Share technical knowledge with our internal and external community of powersports enthusiasts Collaborate with other After Sales teams to provide the best dealer experience of the industry Provide expert warranty guidance support
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Demonstrated training and technical knowledge of powersports products including ATV, SSV, PWC, motorcycle, outboard engines and snowmobile Team Player Relevant work experience of 2 to 5 years would be a strong asset International business experience Computer skilled with Web, PC applications and data analysis Experienced in team based projects Strong negotiating, verbal and written skills Strong technical aptitudes and skill set An understanding of electrical theory and diagnostics Goal oriented and autonomous Proven analytical skills Organized work methods and disciplined execution of tasks Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Willingness to go the extra mile Leadership with issues ownership/resolution Open to travel (20% maximum)
