Remuneration: $103,110.07 - $106,496.46 pa (plus super)

About The Role

The Acute & Continuing Care team (ACCT) provide mental health support for adults (18-64) who are experiencing a mental illness.

The recovery oriented approach is person centred, trauma informed and involves partnering with general health providers and agencies that can offer clients community living supports such as housing, disability services... vocational, social and educational opportunities.

The ACCT team provide inreach and support (the LikeMind Model of Care) which is an innovative mental health service providing a one stop hub and support for people experiencing a mental illness.

This is a targeted position in accordance with GSE Rule 26: Employment of eligible persons.Whereby Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply and, where found suitable, will be given higher priority under affirmative action in order to improve access to employment and career opportunities.
