With our Head Office located in Adelaide, we operate nationally. My Plan Manager plays a role not only as the Plan Management service of choice, but as advocates for ensuring Australians living with disability have a voice, particularly with regards to the NDIS, and its importance to Australian society. The primary purpose of the Partnerships Programme Manager is to develop and lead the execution of our new service offering that provides support to NDIS providers to do just that – from customer... service to ongoing NDIS-related knowledge training and back of house issues like good invoicing practise and business management principles.The role includes developing a project plan and programme of works to develop and launch the Partnerships Programme, as well as ongoing value creation and assistance with promoting the programme through all channels.This role is based in Adelaide, South Australia. About you To be successful in this role you be passionate about living our values and actively will foster a team environment. To be successful in this role you will bring: Essential:A strong project and/or programme management background.Strong communication skills and presentation abilities to a diverse audience.Managing commercial budgets and reporting.Event management at both small and large scale.High level literacy and numeracy skills with IT expertise; Office 365, CRM (eg Salesforce) and databases.Desirable:Prior experience in delivering a similar programme in customer-centric sectors such as a membership-based organisation, retail, real estate, and/or financial services industries.Tertiary qualifications in relevant disciplines e.g., project management, event management, marketing, communications, or business management.Experience in working with marketing automation software, preferably Pardot or Marketing Cloud.Knowledge of NDIS and disability sector would be an advantage. Additional requirements Prior to commencing with MPM you will be required to hold a current NDIA National Working with Children's Check (WWCC) as well as your state’s required clearances.
