Where you come in:
In this newly created full-time permanent position, based in Sefton Park, you'll be responsible for the overall stock processes in our South Australian depot. This is a... 'hands on' role requiring sorting and packing of stock, correct pricing and allocation of stock and the overall management of the depot, including safety and overseeing a team of approximately 20 volunteers. You will be part of our Retail team and report to our State Retail Operations Manager.
You will make an impact by: Managing, training, and supporting a team of dedicated volunteers Optimising the positioning of product categories across the state network to maximise sales and inventory turnover Ensuring all stores receive the right grade of stock and quantities as per the stock replenishment process Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure continued process improvement and merchandise opportunities are maximised Developing and implementing an effective warehouse layout Conducting regular audits and resolving any discrepancies Performing ad hoc projects allocated by the State Retail Manager, in line with organisational objectives

This role requires: Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a successful track record in managing, engaging, and developing staff Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in the fashion area An understanding of retail fundamentals gained through experience in a commercial or not for profit retail environment An ability to drive continuous improvement, provide accurate reporting and analyse data Strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to adapt quickly
