To continue our success, we are looking for a EHS Manager based at our site in Regency Park, ensuring that all site activities are completed in accordance with relevant Environmental and Health and Safety regulatory and PepsiCo policy requirements. The SA EHS Manager works... closely with all business functions to ensure all legal and due diligence obligations are met, certifications maintained, risks identified and controlled, and all relevant EHS training completed to deliver continual improvements across EHS metrics. You Will Be: Maintaining the necessary EHS standards to ensure the environmental performance, and the health and safety of SA personnel, visitors and contractors to the Regency Park site are compliant with state & national legislation as well as PepsiCo standards. Implementing the PepsiCo ANZ strategic EHS plans at the Regency Park site across all functions. Maintaining ISO45001/ASNZS4801 and ISO14001 certifications for the site and the continued renewal of the sites "Self-Insurance License" Co-ordinating the efforts of, and coach personnel through the development of critical documentation and tools to support risk assessments, safe work practices and adverse event/near miss reporting & investigation via MyEHS. Providing EHS direction, assistance and support for corrective actions and recommendations to assure site EHS improvements. Helping to create a culture of zero harm within the SA team by demonstrating honest, genuine care and passion for EHS. Implementing site workplace inspections and audits to identify work hazards, exposures and significant environmental aspects. Identifying trends and work with site personnel to develop and implement improvement and corrective action plans. Reviewing and assisting in the development of new equipment and processes to ensure optimum EHS practices are integrated as part of any change. Leading and develop the site EHS team ensuring all environmental programs, procedures, training, work practices and controls are effectively implemented. In conjunction with the ANZ EHS team, monitoring developing EHS regulatory requirements and risk initiatives; analyse potential impacts on system operations; and provide management with information as appropriate. Liaising as appropriate with local regulatory bodies and ensure site maintains all required EHS licenses to operate. Qualifications/Requirements You Will Have: Extensive and practical knowledgeable in hazard and exposure identification, auditing, and inspections, conducting Environmental, Health and Safety training and related governmental reporting requirements. Demonstrated ability to develop trend analyses to guide safety/accident/injury elimination, environmental management, and WWT analytical goals. Have a collaborative and hands on approach to achieving goals Ability to engage and work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and varying levels within the business Extensive and practical capabilities with MS Office suite of applications including SharePoint, TEAMs and online collaborative tools Tertiary qualifications in a Health and Safety discipline, Experience with Environmental management systems (additional tertiary qualifications welcomed) Have a solid, demonstrable working knowledge of local regulatory compliance requirements (across EHS).
