Solution Architect for Train Control Systems (ETCS) (f/m)
Your tasks & responsibilities:
Responsible for the technical solution in the field of turnkey train control and railway signaling projects
Technical interface to our customers
Analyse contractual requirements and manage the end to end requirements process
Align the technical solution with all project stakeholders
Formalize the specification and the architectural design to develop the solution
Guarantee adherence to in-scope standards, reuse policy and product development plans
Coordinate product definition and assess trade-offs between aspects of cost, customer requirements and technological possibilities
Your profile:
Technical degree (FH/Uni.) in Railway Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields
A minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
Railway domain knowledge beneficial
High self-initiative as well as organizational and coordinative competences
Cultural awareness and experience with distributed teams
Positive attitude and persistence are key to succeed in this role
Comfortable with a highly dynamic and changing work environment
Excellent communication in English
German and Hungarian beneficial
Full, valid eligibility to work in Austria
