Our Silicon Design & Verification business is all about building high-performance silicon chipsfaster. Were the worlds leading provider of solutions for designing and verifying advanced silicon chips. And we design the next-generation processes and models needed to manufacture those chips. We enable our customers to optimize chips for power, cost, and performanceeliminating months off their project schedules.
-Research on memory defects in advanced technology nodes.
-Defect... injection in memory layout and construction of fault models and test algorithms.
-Aging and electromigration simulations.
-Investigation of PVT measurement techniques, HTOL and ELFR.
-MS/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a relevant field.
-Research-oriented, ability to read and write technical papers.
-Good experience with EDA tools for working with physical layout, netlist extraction and simulation (UDE3, ICV, GDSViewer, HSPICE, CustomSim, Monte Carlo, etc.).
-Good understanding of aging/electromigration phenomena, PVT measurement techniques, HTOL/ELFR.
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Good communication skills to work with internal teams and customers.
-Strong desire to learn and explore new technologies.
-Fluency in English.
-Knowledge of memory technologies and their test & repair methods is desired.
-Experience with C++, TCL/Perl/Python is a plus.
-Knowledge on Automotive, Functional Safety, ISO 26262 is a plus Yerevan Armenia (+1 other)
