We are looking for a hands-on Manager to join the Product Management group to lead our... Supply Chain Orchestration efforts. Our Personalized Therapy Management Platform is a core part of the business that enables scheduling, shipping, labeling, and tracking raw materials and life savings therapies just-in-time around the globe. The Supply Chain Orchestration product line is used by supply chain managers, case managers, and patient ops teams to ensure patients receive treatments as quickly as possible through a highly complex global supply chain, and by operators and healthcare professionals to track treatments throughout their entire journey. In this role, youll help guide the strategy and roadmap for our order-available-to-promise, labelling, courier logistics, and order status tracking applications.
This person will manage a team of Product Managers to drive high-output delivery across the Supply Chain Orchestration product effort and enable highest leverage work from direct reports. This person has deep experience in product operations and iterative, customer-centric product development and excels at discovering optimal, extensible solutions in partnership with engineers and architects. This person will be a strong people manager who will work cross functionally with Engineering, Design, QA, Program Management, Customer Success, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver on high impact product efforts that ultimately enable greater patient access to life-changing therapies. This position is based in our Yerevan office.
What youll be doing as a Manager, Product Management: Provide thought leadership for assigned Product area including strategy, requirements, prioritization, and the roadmap Contribute as a player and a coach - serve as an individual contributor in a reduced capacity as a Product Manager supporting some development Own and manage the product backlog including writing stories, mitigating risk, prioritizing effectively, and unblocking the team Lead, manage, and develop Product Management team members with varying levels of experience Provide input to support workforce and staff planning Introduce process to enable/support scale and drive toward greater predictability of delivery Synthesize market needs into product requirements and drive alignment with leadership on prioritization for the roadmap Lead workshops and other cross functional exercises to explore product opportunities Collaborate with other functions to develop and drive product strategy while ensuring alignment with greater business goals and objectives Articulate a compelling product vision and inspire cross-functional teams to rally around it Mentor and foster the development of best practices within the Product Management team and direct reports Work across the organization to partner with and support various stakeholders key to delivering product Enable customer-facing teams with product knowledge and direction Engage with customers and lend product thought leadership in support of further product development, customer success, and BD activities Enable highest leverage work for yourself and others Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements 3+ years experience in product management 2+ year managing a team of direct reports Experience managing supply chain products in a B2B SaaS enterprise organization strongly preferred Experience shipping software in a regulated environment, preferably within healthcare Experience writing detailed stories, managing and prioritizing backlog health, and delivering with cross functional teams Experienced working in an Agile development environment Experience working with UX teams, participating in design sprints, and working with design systems Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills Customer and user centric Analytical and data driven approach to problem solving Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
