I’m Ian Guest, an anxiety coach in Wigan, Greater Manchester, and I’m passionate about helping clients to overcome their stress, anxiety, worries and fears.

My job is to create an environment where you feel safe and happy to work with me. Our work will be a collaborative process, so I won’t be telling you what to do. We’ll work together as a team and finding out what works for you. On the way, you’ll be learning new skills so that you can handle difficult thoughts and feelings more effectively.
My experience of working with clients has allowed me to develop a new and effective treatment called Hypno-ACT (®). It combines the best of hypnosis, mindfulness and CBT, and is based on the most current research on dealing with anxiety disorders such as phobias, GAD and social anxiety.
