Founded in 2012 by 7th generation Venetian Chef Gabriele Dal Moro, the fast-casual restaurant is committed to providing affordably priced authentic pasta dishes. Dal Moro’s Fresh Pasta To Go sources only the highest quality ingredients to craft seven special varieties of fresh pasta: fusilli, spaghetti, penne, fettuccine, gnocchi, rigatoni and linguine. Guests can also choose from 12 sauces, crafted in-house daily: Pomodoro, Boscaiola, Aglio, Olio e Pepperoncino, Alla Norma, Alfredo, Al Formaggi, Pesto, Carbonara, Bolognese, Amatriciana, Nero di Seppia and Frutti di Mare.
