Responsibilities:
• Define, design and implement core computing and storage system hardware and operating system solutions .
• Data Center Management for highly-secure, highly-available, operations-centric datacenter environments in Singapore sites with exposure to asset management and capacity planning, vendor management with mounting works, asset impairments and degauss works.
• Provide L3 operational support with oncall support, including outside of office hours, and participate in Major incidents.
• Ensure SLA for incidents and service requests are met with high quality of work.
